Austin Peay State University*

Our vision is to create a collaborative, integrative learning community, instilling in students habits of critical inquiry as they gain knowledge, skills, and values for life and work in a global society.  TN Promise eligible degree programs offered include an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Associate of Applied Science in Engineering Technology.   Each of these programs are intentionally structured to ensure students are actively engaged with their faculty advisors while they seek their associates degrees and can seamlessly move into four year degree programs upon completion of their AS or AAS degree.

APSU offers a Presidential Scholarship to new freshmen who have an ACT score of at least 29 and a high school GPA of at least 3.0 as well as a Dean's Scholarship to new freshmen who have an ACT score of 26 -28 and a high school GPA Of at least 3.5.  Students may also be eligible for institutional scholarships, please click here.

Bethel University*

Bethel University offers TN Promise students two eligible degree programs (Associates of Arts in General Studies & Associates of Science in General Studies)

Bryan College*

Bryan College offers two associates degrees: Business and Liberal Arts.

Cumberland University*

Cumberland University is a proud partner in the Tennessee Promise program. If a student meets the requirements for TN Promise, they are eligible to earn an associate degree in arts, business, criminal justice, education, music, or science at Cumberland University. There’s no additional charge for tuition, as Cumberland reduces tuition down to the approved Tennessee Promise rate. For more information, click here.

John A. Gupton College*

John A. Gupton College is a single purpose Funeral Service School that offers two eligible TN Promise programs. The programs include Funeral Directing, Embalming and Cremation through either an Associate of Arts degree (with all classes taken here at the college) and an Associate of Applied Science degree (Completed through online courses, except for the last two - three weeks of the last semester where the student attends the college.)

The Funeral Directors Certificate offered at the college is not TN Promise eligible.
